2) Minimums:-
Your order size should be minimum of 1 pallet of
140 case as shown below. 1 pallet can be mixed
with other variant but pallet of 140 case is the
Fudkor minimum order size.

3) Pricing:-
Fudkor deliver high quality products at price that can mean real saving for distributor.
Our prices are usually consistent prices, and our customers get quantity discounts, through our brackets, without the added expense of buying and warehousing large quantities. Weekly deliveries, reduced inventory, and more inventory turns combine to improve profitability, improve service levels, reduce distributor’s costs and reduce the need for capital associated with inventory and additional warehouses.

4) Policies:-
a) In Bound Damages:-
Fudkor’s physically unload each case of product we bring in, to assure each line item is on a separate pallet. Any inbound damage is set aside and returned to our manufacturer center..
b) Shelf Life:-
We guarantee the delivered of current manufacture date If customer received the less shelf life than we guarantee to returned the stock with the replacement of fresh goods at our cost.
c) Fudkor delivery:-
Fudkor transportation will schedule a delivery appointment with a customer’s receiving department. We are proud of our record of 97% on-time delivery (within 15 minutes of the scheduled time). Any damaged items or errors will be noted at delivery and returned on our truck. If a customer finds a shipping error after the Fudkor truck has left, they can contact their Fudkor Sales Representative (ISR) or Head office (H.O.) within 24 hours so we can correct the problem immediately
d) Discontinued item:-
On occasion, operators stop using items and leave distributors with zero movement on products they have brought into stock. Upon notification from a distributor, our Sales Managers will work with other distributors and brokers in the market to help move all product out. On occasions where Fudkor is unable to move product out via resale, and assuming the product is still within , we will pick up the product and charge the distributor a 20% restock fee to cover the cost of reloading, returning and restocking.
e) Internal Damage:-
Damage that occurs within a distributor’s warehouse is considered internal damage and is the responsibility of that distributor.
